Crisp is built for customer messaging: live human chat, a shared inbox across many channels, a CRM, a help center, campaigns, and co-browsing. Amabrik doesn't do any of that. Amabrik gives you an AI chatbot trained on your content plus 9 more website widgets (cookie consent, forms, popups, reviews, and more) and two scanners, all from one snippet on a single bill.
02 Flat by site, not per seat or per AI credit
Crisp is priced flat per workspace by tier, but seats are tier-limited (2 Free, 4 Mini, 10 Essentials, 20+ Plus) and extra seats run about $10/agent/month. Its AI is metered by credits on top. Amabrik is a flat $29/mo for 1 site, with no per-seat fee, no AI credits to top up, and no visitor or pageview caps.
03 Your own AI key, no per-message markup
Amabrik's chatbot runs on your own provider key (OpenAI, Anthropic, others). You pay the model provider directly at their cost. There's no per-resolution or per-conversation fee from Amabrik, and no AI-credit allowance to run out of mid-month.
04 Trained on your own content
Point the chatbot at your site and docs and it answers visitor questions from your own material. It's an AI answer bot, not a live chat to a human agent. There's no shared inbox, no ticketing, and no campaigns.
05 Leads pass straight to your CRM
Anything the chatbot or forms capture is a pure pass-through, forwarded to your connected CRM, email tool, or webhook the instant it lands. Amabrik never stores, logs, or sells captured leads. There's no submissions table. Amabrik is not a CRM, unlike Crisp.
06 No Powered-by badge
No Amabrik logo or link on your widgets, on any plan. The loader is under 5 KB, code-split and lazy-loaded, with heavy widgets in their own frame so the page stays fast.
