01 Drift is being sunset. Amabrik isn't going anywhere.
In early March 2026, Clari + Salesloft announced the gradual sunset of Drift and named 1mind as the successor they refer existing Drift clients to. So Drift is no longer a forward-looking purchase, it's being wound down. Amabrik's AI chatbot is actively built and one of 10 widgets on a single bill.
02 Flat price, not enterprise seats
Drift's pricing is seat-based, quote-led, and enterprise from day one. Third parties report the entry Premium plan around $2,500/mo billed annually, with extra seats reportedly $50 to $150 each per month (estimates vary). Amabrik is a flat $29/mo for 1 site, no seats, no demo call.
03 Your own AI key, no markup
Amabrik's chatbot runs on your own provider key (OpenAI, Anthropic, others). You pay the model provider directly at their cost. There's no per-resolution or per-conversation fee added on top, and no visitor or pageview caps on any plan.
04 Trained on your content
Point the chatbot at your site and docs and it answers visitor questions from your own material. It answers visitor questions rather than routing them to a sales rep, with no human handoff, ABM, or pipeline workflows.
05 Leads go straight to your CRM
Anything the chatbot or forms capture is a pure pass-through, forwarded to your connected CRM, email tool, or webhook the instant it lands. Amabrik never stores, logs, or sells captured leads. There's no submissions table.
06 No Powered-by badge
No Amabrik logo or link on your widgets, on any plan. The loader is under 5 KB, code-split and lazy-loaded, with heavy widgets in their own frame so the page stays fast.
